Saturate and Group
What is this?
This method consists of saturating a space with lessons and data and then grouping them by themes.
When should I use this?
Qualitative and quantitative research produces a lot of information. Use this method as a way to take it all in and start to make connections. The groups and themes you identify will generate insights and the kernels of potential solutions.
More about this...
In a typical human-centered design process, the saturate and group method usually occurs after user interviews and brainstorming. It’s a way to narrow down the ideas from generative stages so you can focus on what’s most important. Leave the artifacts on the wall throughout the project! They can continue to inspire new insights and ideas.
